The HY2116 series IC incorporates a high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit, serving as a protection IC for single-cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries. It provides protection against overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent for single-cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries.
