IBS6222 is a differential line driver amplifier based on current feedback architecture, primarily designed for wideband, high-speed, and power line communication line driving applications. The unique design architecture of IBS6222 delivers excellent power consumption performance. Through BIAS and IADJ pins, quiescent current can be adjusted over a wide range from 0.7mA to 36mA, accommodating various load conditions while maintaining good linearity. IBS6222 features a wide supply voltage design, supporting a supply range of 8VDC to 34VDC. Built-in sensitive overvoltage and over-temperature protection modules ensure stable and reliable performance under various operating conditions, enabling superior performance in power line carrier applications. The device is offered in three package options: QFN24 with a body size of 5mm×4mm; QFN16 with a body size of 4mm×4mm; and QFN16 with a body size of 3mm×3mm.
