INA849DR

The INA849 is an ultra-low noise instrumentation amplifier optimized for higher precision in high-resolution systems, operating over a wide range of single or dual supply voltages. Thanks to super-β input transistors, the device achieves significantly lower input bias current than competing products. An advanced manufacturing process delivers ultra-low voltage noise, input offset voltage, and offset voltage drift. Precision-matched integrated resistors provide high common-mode rejection of 92dB (G = 1) across the full input common-mode range. Any gain from 1 to 10,000 can be set with a single external resistor. The INA849's current feedback topology delivers wide bandwidth at higher gains, enabling fast-moving ultra-small signals. For example, the device provides 8MHz bandwidth at G = 100 and 28MHz bandwidth at G = 1, with a fast settling time of 0.4µs (0.01%) for direct drive of high-resolution ADCs.
