Overview
IP2365 is a buck converter with integrated synchronous switch, supporting 1~4S lithium/li-ion battery buck charging management IC. Built-in power MOS, synchronous switch architecture, 400kHz switching frequency, 94% conversion efficiency (24V input, 16V/2A charging). Operating input voltage range: 4.5V to 26V. Supports intelligent input current regulation to prevent adapter overload. Supports external resistor adjustment of input UVLO voltage. Supports external resistor adjustment of charging current and charging voltage. Maximum battery charging current: 3A. Supports 1~4S lithium battery charging. NTC function supported — external NTC resistor enables charging NTC temperature protection. Soft-start function prevents inrush current at startup from affecting input power stability. Multiple protection features including input OVP, UVLO, output OCP, and short-circuit protection. QFN24 package.
