Overview
A high-precision single-cell Li-ion/LiPo battery protection IC with integrated ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFETs, fully incorporating delay circuits and high-precision detection/protection circuits for overcharge voltage, overdischarge voltage, overdischarge current, overcharge current, and short circuit. Housed in an ultra-compact package, it provides an ideal solution for space-constrained battery packs.
