Overview
The IR2127S is a high-voltage, high-speed single-channel high-side MOSFET/IGBT gate driver IC with integrated overcurrent detection. Fabricated using a high-voltage compatible process, it achieves single-chip integration of the high-side gate drive circuit. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs down to 3.3V. The IC features a built-in high-side overcurrent protection circuit that shuts down the output upon detecting an overcurrent condition and asserts a fault signal through an open-drain FAULT pin. The floating channel is capable of driving high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum operating voltage of 250V on the floating ground channel. The IR2127S comes in an SOIC8 package with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
