Overview
The IRS2003S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Utilizing a high-voltage compatible process, both high- and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated on a single chip. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL output levels down to 3.3V, and the outputs feature high-current pulse capability with shoot-through protection dead-time logic. The floating channel can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V. Packaged in SOIC8, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
