Overview
IRS2007S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The high- and low-voltage compatible process enables monolithic integration of both gate drive circuits. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL output levels down to 3.3V. The outputs feature high-current pulse capability with shoot-through protection deadtime logic. The floating channel can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V. Packaged in SOIC8, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
