Overview
The IRS2101S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC, featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The IRS2101S utilizes a high-voltage compatible process to integrate both high- and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. Its floating channel is designed to drive high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 700V. The IRS2101S is available in an SOP-8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
