JSM2103STR

JSM2103S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The high-low voltage compatible process enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The outputs feature high-current pulse capability and shoot-through prevention dead-time logic. The floating channel supports high-side N-channel power MOSFET drive, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V. The device is available in SOP-8 package and operates over a -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The floating channel requires an external bootstrap circuit. Both high-side and low-side channels include undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection. The output stage uses a push-pull structure for direct drive of power MOSFETs/IGBTs. The low-side output is referenced to COM, and the high-side output is referenced to VS. When VS is at high voltage, the VB–VS voltage domain must be powered through a bootstrap circuit to operate correctly. The VS pin provides negative pulse immunity, guaranteeing no damage under pulse conditions of -9V, 50ns. The JSM2103S low-voltage section incorporates a UVLO circuit that monitors the supply voltage (VCC) and inhibits all outputs until the voltage is sufficient to drive the external MOSFET (i.e., reaches the corresponding preset threshold).
