LHA7530SFSP

LHA7530 is a highly integrated 24-bit ΔΣ ADC. This ADC is optimized for low-level unipolar or bipolar signal measurement in weighing, process control, scientific, and medical applications. To accommodate these applications, the ADC integrates an ultra-low-noise, chopper-stabilized instrumentation amplifier with a gain of 64×/128×. The device also includes a fourth-order ΔΣ modulator followed by a digital filter, providing selectable output word rates from 5 to 3840 SPS. The analog inputs feature open-circuit detection for sensor connection diagnostics. An internal oscillator, external clock, or external crystal can be used as the clock source for the device. To simplify communication between the ADC and microcontroller, the converter includes a simple 3-wire serial interface compatible with SPI and Microwire, with Schmitt trigger inputs on the serial clock. High dynamic range, programmable output rate, and flexible power supply options make this device an ideal solution for weighing and process control applications.
