Overview
LKAD7606LQ is an 8-channel, 16-bit simultaneous sampling ADC. Operating from a single 5V supply, it accepts true bipolar input signals of ±10V and ±5V, with all channels capable of sampling at a throughput rate of 200KSPS. It features a 1MΩ input impedance and a second-order low-pass filter, eliminating the need for external driver op-amps. The device integrates analog input clamp protection, a second-order low-pass filter, a 2.5V low-drift reference voltage source, and high-speed serial and parallel interfaces. It supports up to 64× oversampling with digital filtering to improve SNR performance and reduce the 3dB bandwidth.
