Overview
The LM224DR-CN series are low-cost quad operational amplifiers with true differential inputs. In single-supply applications, they offer several significant advantages over standard op amp types. The quad amplifier operates from supply voltages as low as 3.0 V up to 32 V, with quiescent current approximately one-fifth that of the MC1741 (per amplifier). The common-mode input range includes the negative supply, eliminating the need for external biasing components in many applications. The output voltage range also includes the negative supply voltage.
