LM358E

The LM358 series contains two independent, high-gain, internally frequency-compensated operational amplifiers designed to operate from a single supply over a wide range of voltages. The series can also operate from split supplies, and the low quiescent current drain is independent of the supply voltage. Application areas include sensor amplifiers, DC gain blocks, and all the traditional op-amp circuits which can now be more easily implemented in single-supply systems. For example, the LM358 series can be directly operated from the standard +5V supply voltage in digital systems and can easily provide the required interface electronics without the need for additional ±15V supplies.
