The LMV3xxA-Q1 family includes single-channel (LMV321A-Q1), dual-channel (LMV358A-Q1), and quad-channel (LMV324A-Q1) low-voltage (2.5V to 5.5V) automotive-grade op-amps with rail-to-rail output swing. These op-amps offer a cost-effective solution for space-constrained applications requiring low-voltage operation and high capacitive load drive, such as infotainment systems and lighting. The LMV3xxA-Q1 family supports capacitive load drive up to 500pF, while the resistive open-loop output impedance facilitates stable operation at higher capacitive loads. Designed for low supply voltages (2.5V to 5.5V), these op-amps deliver performance specifications comparable to LMV3xx-Q1 devices. The robust design of the LMV3xxA-Q1 family simplifies circuit design. These op-amps feature unity-gain stability, integrated RFI and EMI rejection filters, and no phase reversal under overdrive conditions. The LMV3xxA-Q1 is available in industry-standard packages including SOIC, MSOP, SOT-23, and TSSOP.
