LP5907MFX-4.5/NOPB

The LP5907 is a low-noise LDO capable of delivering up to 250mA output current. This device is specifically designed for RF and analog circuits, meeting their requirements for low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and low line/load transient response. The LP5907 employs innovative design techniques to achieve excellent noise performance without a noise bypass capacitor, while supporting remote placement of the output capacitor. The device operates with 1μF input and 1μF output ceramic capacitors (no separate noise bypass capacitor required). Fixed output voltage ranges from 1.2V to 4.5V in 25mV steps.
