Overview
The LPB1010H series is an IC integrating a MOSFET, designed for lithium-ion/polymer battery protection. The device incorporates a 60mΩ N-channel MOSFET to connect the system ground to the battery negative terminal. It supports all protection functions for lithium-ion/polymer batteries, including overcharge voltage and overdischarge voltage protection, overdischarge current and overcurrent protection, load short-circuit protection, and overtemperature protection. The LPB1010H features ultra-low operating current, helping to reduce system power consumption. With high-accuracy overcharge voltage protection, the device ensures safe charging while maximizing battery capacity utilization. This series is available in a space-saving 4-pin DFN package measuring only 1mm × 1mm.
