Overview

The LRA333, LRA2333, and LRA4333 series are CMOS operational amplifiers featuring ultra-low offset voltage (typical 2μV) with near-zero drift over time and temperature. These devices employ a high-impedance input design with a common-mode range that extends 100mV beyond the supply rails, while the rail-to-rail output swings to within 50mV of either supply rail. They support single-supply or dual-supply operation, with a minimum single-supply voltage of 1.8V (dual-supply ±0.9V) and a maximum of 5.5V (dual-supply ±2.75V), optimized specifically for low-voltage, single-supply applications. At only 15μA quiescent current per amplifier, this series delivers 350kHz bandwidth with excellent CMRR, eliminating the crossover distortion inherent in conventional complementary input stages. These characteristics make the devices ideal for sensor interfaces, active filters, and low-voltage or battery-powered systems.
