Overview
The LRA8551, LRA8552, and LRA8554 series CMOS op-amps feature ultra-low offset voltage (1μV typical) with near-zero drift over time and temperature. Operating at a low supply current of 460μA/amplifier, these op-amps deliver 1.7MHz bandwidth and 1.2V/μs slew rate, with excellent CMRR and no crossover distortion associated with conventional complementary input stages — making them ideal for sensor interfaces, active filters, and low-voltage or battery-powered systems. The LRA8551, LRA8552, and LRA8554 series are available in SOT/SOP packages and operate over an extended temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
