Overview
Single-cell Li-ion linear battery charger IC with integrated OVP, supporting input voltage up to 30V, overvoltage protection threshold of 6.1V, and configurable maximum charge current up to 1A. Features a complete charge cycle including trickle, constant current, and constant voltage phases, with integrated reverse-current blocking — no external isolation diode required. An integrated intelligent thermal regulation function automatically adjusts the charge current at elevated temperatures to limit die temperature under high-power or high-temperature conditions. The NTC function monitors battery temperature and suspends charging when the battery temperature exceeds or falls below the configured safe operating temperature range, extending battery life and ensuring safe operation of the Li-ion battery.
