Overview

The MCP6001 series op-amps feature a 1MHz gain bandwidth product, 0.8V/μs slew rate, and 75μA quiescent current per amplifier at 5V. Designed to deliver optimal performance in low-voltage, low-noise systems, the series achieves rail-to-rail output swing under heavy load conditions. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, and the maximum input offset voltage of the MCP6001 series is 3.5mV. The operating temperature range is -40℃ ~ +125℃, and the supply voltage range is 1.8V ~ 6V. The MCP6001 single-channel amplifier is available in green SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages; the MCP6001R and MCP6001U single-channel amplifiers are available in a green SOT23-5 package; the MCP6002 dual-channel amplifier is available in green SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages; the MCP6004 quad-channel amplifier is available in green SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
