MCP6001UAIM5/TR

The MCP600xA series single, dual, and quad op amps are designed for general-purpose, cost-sensitive systems and applications. Featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (typical 75 μA), wide bandwidth (1.5 MHz), and ultralow noise (25 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz), they are highly attractive for a wide range of battery-powered applications requiring a good balance of cost and performance, such as audio output, consumer electronics, smoke detectors, portable medical devices, and white goods. Low input bias current enables use in applications with source impedances in the megaohm range. The robust design of the MCP600xA amplifiers provides ease of use for circuit designers: unity-gain stable, capable of driving capacitive loads up to 500 pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filters, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (5 kV HBM). The MCP600xA amplifiers are optimized for operation over a voltage range of +1.8 V (±0.9 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) at temperatures from 0°C to 70°C, and support extended temperature range operation from -40°C to +125°C over a voltage range of +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V).
