Overview
MCP6002T-I/SN(MS)/MCP6002T-I/MS(MSK) is a dual CMOS op-amp that employs proprietary auto-zeroing technology to simultaneously deliver ultralow offset voltage and near-zero drift over time and temperature. These miniature, high-precision, low quiescent current amplifiers feature high-impedance inputs with a common-mode range extending 200mV beyond the supply rails, rail-to-rail output swinging to within 50mV of the supply rails, and operate from single or dual supplies ranging from as low as 2.1V (±1.35V) to as high as 5.5V (±2.75V). These devices are optimized for low-voltage, single-supply operation. The MCP6002T-I/SN(MS)/MCP6002T-I/MS(MSK) offers excellent CMRR without the crossover distortion associated with conventional complementary input stages. This design delivers superior performance when driving ADCs without degrading differential linearity. The device is available in 8-pin SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages.
