MCP602T-I/SN-HX

The MCP602T-I/SN-HX series op-amps, available in single, dual, and quad channel options, are designed for cost-sensitive systems and applications. These amplifiers feature rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (100 µA typical), wide bandwidth (1 MHz), and ultra-low noise (25 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz), making them ideal for battery-powered applications requiring a balance between cost and performance. Low input bias current enables use with high-impedance sources. The robust design of this amplifier series offers ease of use for circuit designers — unity-gain stable with capacitive loads up to 500 pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (5-kV human body model). The MCP602T-I/SN-HX amplifiers are optimized for a voltage range of +2.7 V (±0.9 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) and a temperature range of 0℃ to 70℃. They can also operate over a voltage range of +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) and an extended temperature range of −40℃ to +125℃.
