MCP6V71T-E/OT-HXY

The MCP6V71T-E/OT series amplifiers employ a patented fast step-response chopper stabilization technique to correct input offset voltage, achieving ultra-low offset and drift. This approach continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift due to time and temperature variations as well as 1/f noise. This design breakthrough delivers a gain-bandwidth product of 1.5 MHz and a high slew rate of 1.2 V/μs, while quiescent current is only 125 μA. These devices are unity-gain stable and feature excellent PSRR and CMRR. The MCP6V71T-E/OT series is ideal for applications requiring precision amplification of low-level signals that cannot tolerate error sources, yet demand high bandwidth and fast slewing. Rail-to-rail input and output swing makes both high-side and low-side sensing straightforward. The MCP6V71T-E/OT series operates from a single supply as low as 1.8 V, making it suitable for dual-battery applications. This op amp series features enhanced EMI protection to minimize interference from external sources, along with high ESD protection (5-kV HBM). All versions are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
