Overview
ME321 is a rail-to-rail input/output, voltage feedback op-amp. It features a wide input common-mode range and output swing, with a minimum supply voltage of only 2.1V and a maximum of 5.5V. The operating temperature range is -40°C ~ 125°C. The ME321 draws only 65μA of quiescent current while delivering 1MHz unity-gain bandwidth. With an input offset current of only 10pA, the ME321 is well suited for integrators, photodiodes, piezoresistive sensors, and other applications. Rail-to-rail I/O greatly simplifies design for system engineers. Low quiescent current makes it ideal for battery-powered, low-power systems.
