Overview
The ME6212 series are high-accuracy, high-PSRR, low-noise, ultra-fast response LDO linear regulators fabricated using CMOS process technology. The ME6212 series integrates a fixed reference voltage source, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and ultra-fast response low-dropout performance.

Key features
- ME6212 series is compatible with ceramic capacitors smaller than tantalum capacitors, and does not require a 0.1μF bypass capacitor, saving more board space.
- The high-speed response characteristic of the ME6212 series handles load current fluctuations, making it especially suitable for handheld and RF products. The output can be shut down by controlling the CE pin on the chip, with shutdown current consumption below 1μA.
- Ultra-low power consumption: Active: 50μA (typ.), Standby: 0.1μA (typ.)
- Input voltage range: 2.0~6.0V
- Output voltage range: 1.2~5.0V (in 0.1V increments)
- Output accuracy: ±2%
