The ME6226 series is an ultra-low quiescent current, high-accuracy CMOS LDO regulator capable of delivering 300 mA output current with excellent transient performance. The device features an extremely low quiescent current of only 0.6 µA, designed to extend battery life in applications requiring ultra-long standby time. Even under dropout conditions, the device maintains low quiescent current consumption. The series is fully compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, helping to reduce cost and improve output stability. With superior transient response performance, high output stability is maintained even during frequent load fluctuations. The device also incorporates current limiting protection and thermal protection. Its enable function allows the regulator output to be shut down, significantly reducing power consumption.
