Overview
The ME6232 series is a low-dropout linear regulator fabricated in CMOS technology, featuring 1.4uA quiescent current, high accuracy, and high PSRR. The series integrates a fixed voltage reference, thermal protection, current limiting, phase compensation circuitry, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving ultra-low power consumption, high ripple rejection, and low-dropout performance. Compatible with smaller ceramic capacitors and requiring no bypass capacitor, it helps save board space. Its fast transient response handles load current fluctuations, making it especially suitable for portable and RF applications. The output can be disabled via the chip enable pin, reducing power consumption to 0uA in shutdown.
