Overview
Low-power, low-noise, 3-channel differential-input 16-bit/24-bit ADC suitable for high-precision measurement applications. Integrates input buffers and an instrumentation amplifier; at a gain of 64 and an update rate of 4.17Hz, RMS noise is 25nV. Features an integrated precision low-noise, low-drift internal bandgap reference, with support for an external differential reference voltage. On-chip peripherals include programmable excitation current sources, burnout current sources, and a bias voltage generator. The bias voltage generator sets the channel common-mode voltage to 0.5×AVDD. Supports external or internal clock; output data rate is software-configurable from 4.17Hz to 470Hz. Supply voltage range: 2.7V to 5.25V. TSSOP16 package.
