MS7332M

MS7332M is a chip that integrates a single-channel video amplifier and video coaxial cable control decoder. The video amplifier integrates a 6dB gain rail-to-rail output driver and a 10th-order filter, with a -3dB bandwidth of 35MHz. The video coaxial cable control decoder integrates a high-speed processor for effective separation of mixed analog-digital signals, with a clamp circuit integrated at the non-inverting input. It operates from a single supply ranging from +2.7V to +5V with an ultra-low operating current of 25mA, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The MS7332M accepts DAC output signals via either DC-coupled or AC-coupled input. Internal diode clamping and bias circuitry support AC-coupled input configuration. The MS7332M also includes an internal level-shift circuit to prevent sync pulse clipping and enable DC-coupled output. The MS7332M output can drive DC- or AC-coupled single (150Ω) or double (75Ω) loads. The MS7332M is available in an MSOP-8 package with ESD protection exceeding 3KV.
