Overview
The MS805x series are rail-to-rail output voltage-feedback op-amps, featuring ease of use and low cost. They offer greater bandwidth and slew rate advantages over typical current-feedback amplifiers, while providing a wide input common-mode voltage range and large output voltage swing, enabling the series to operate from single supplies as low as 2.5V. Despite their low cost, the MS805x series delivers excellent overall performance, combining a large bandwidth of 250MHz (G = +1) with a 0.1dB bandwidth of 37MHz (G = +2), while consuming only 4.3mA per amplifier. The low distortion and fast settling of the MS805x series make it an ideal choice for A/D and D/A buffers. All specifications are guaranteed over an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
