MS8628

MS8628/MS8629/MS8630T are rail-to-rail output, wide bandwidth, low noise, auto-zero amplifiers featuring ultra-low offset, drift, and bias current characteristics. They operate from a 1.8V to 5V single supply (±0.9V to ±2.5V dual supply). MS8628/MS8629/MS8630T offer the performance advantages previously found only in costly auto-zero or chopper amplifiers, while significantly reducing the digital switching noise present in most chopper-stabilized amplifiers. The ultra-low offset voltage, offset voltage drift, and noise of the MS8629 result in near-zero drift over the operating temperature range, making it highly beneficial for position and pressure sensors, medical equipment, and strain gauge amplifier applications. Many systems can leverage the MS8629's rail-to-rail input and output swing capability to reduce input biasing complexity and maximize SNR. MS8628/MS8629/MS8630T are rated for the -40°C to 125°C extended industrial temperature range. The MS8628 is available in 5-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin narrow-body SOP plastic packages. The MS8629 is available in standard 8-pin narrow-body SOP and MSOP plastic packages. The MS8630T quad amplifier is available in a 14-pin TSSOP plastic package.
