Overview
Compact 5V step-down converter delivering 1A output current. Features a proprietary control loop for fast transient load response, maintaining high conversion efficiency under both light and heavy loads. Equipped with multiple protection features including input overvoltage protection, output short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and overtemperature protection. Internally integrates a power tree generator, bandgap voltage reference, UVLO, error amplifier, protection circuitry, gate driver, current sensing, and two power MOSFETs. Available in SOT23-5 package.
