MSRT8097CHGB

MSRT8097CHGB is a high-efficiency DC-DC step-down switching regulator capable of delivering up to 2A of output current. The device operates over an input voltage range of 2.6V to 5.5V and provides an output voltage from 0.6V to VIN. Its fixed operating frequency of 2MHz allows the use of small external components, such as ceramic input and output capacitors and compact inductors, while still delivering low output ripple. This low-noise output, combined with the excellent efficiency achieved by its internal synchronous rectifier, makes the MSRT8097CHGB an ideal replacement for high-power dissipation linear regulators. An internal soft-start control circuit reduces inrush current. Short-circuit and thermal shutdown protection enhance design reliability. The MSRT8097CHGB is available in a SOT23-5 package.
