MSTLV62565DBVR

MSTLV62565DBVR is a high-efficiency DC-DC step-down switching regulator capable of delivering up to 2A of output current. The device operates over an input voltage range of 2.6V to 5.5V and provides an output voltage from 0.6V to VIN. Its fixed 2MHz switching frequency allows the use of small external components, such as ceramic input and output capacitors and compact inductors, while still maintaining low output ripple. This low-noise output, combined with excellent efficiency achieved through an internal synchronous rectifier, makes it an ideal replacement for high-power dissipation LDO regulators. An internal soft-start control circuit reduces inrush current. Short-circuit and thermal shutdown protection enhance design reliability. The device is available in a SOT23-5 package.
