MSTLV62568DBVR

MSTLV62568DBVR is a high-efficiency DC-DC step-down switching regulator capable of delivering up to 2A of output current. The device operates over an input voltage range of 2.6V to 5.5V, with an output voltage range of 0.6V to VIN. Its fixed 2MHz operating frequency allows the use of small external components — such as ceramic input and output capacitors and a compact inductor — while still delivering low output ripple. This low-noise output, combined with the excellent efficiency achieved through an internal synchronous rectifier, makes it an ideal replacement for high-power dissipation linear regulators. An internal soft-start control circuit reduces inrush current. Short-circuit and thermal shutdown protection enhance design reliability. The device is available in a SOT23-5 package.
