Overview
The NSG20752 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high-side gate driver IC. Fabricated with a high-low voltage compatible process, it integrates the high-side gate drive circuit on a single chip. The logic input is compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V, and the output delivers high-current pulse capability. Its floating channel supports driving high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 200V. An integrated bootstrap diode charges the high side, simplifying the peripheral circuitry. Offered in a SOT23-6 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
