Overview
NSG2153(1)D is a 600V half-bridge gate driver with an integrated 50% duty cycle oscillator, capable of driving N-type MOSFET or IGBT devices. The CT pin of the NSG2153(1)D can simultaneously turn off both the high-side and low-side outputs at low voltage (1/6 Vcc). When the VCC voltage drops below the undervoltage threshold, the NSG2153(1)D pulls the CT pin voltage low and shuts down both the high-side and low-side outputs. The NSG2153(1)D features strong output drive capability, with peak output source/sink current pulses reaching +1.2A/-1.5A. The NSG2153(1)D incorporates built-in dead-time logic to prevent shoot-through in high-side and low-side power MOSFETs or IGBTs. In addition, the NSG2153(1)D integrates a bootstrap diode for high-side bootstrap charging.
