Overview
The NSG3023 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The device is fabricated using a high-low voltage compatible process, enabling integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip. Its logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The floating channel is suitable for driving high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 300V. The NSG3023 is available in an SOP8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
