Overview
This device is a low-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT non-inverting gate driver. Built on a proprietary latch-up immune CMOS technology, it achieves a highly robust single-chip integrated architecture. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver features a wide VDD operating range, undervoltage lockout with hysteresis, and an output current buffer stage. Operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is a 6A single-channel low-side non-inverting gate driver IC.
