Overview
This device is a low-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT inverting gate driver. It employs proprietary latch-up immune CMOS technology to achieve a highly robust single-chip integrated architecture. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver features a wide VDD range, undervoltage lockout with hysteresis, and output current buffer stages. Operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
