Overview
NSG6025 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver IC with two independent channels. It integrates high-side and low-side UVLO circuits, overvoltage clamp circuits, and other protection features, along with high-current pulse output capability. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs as low as 3.3V. The maximum output current is 4.5A, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. This device is suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs/IGBTs and similar components.
