NSL2020B

NSL2020B is a dedicated e-cigarette IC that integrates pneumatic detection, logic control, charge management, LED display, and power drive output modules. The chip accepts and processes pneumatic signals from external sensors; its highly reliable detection technology eliminates false triggering, while the optimized logic control method resolves the system freeze and non-resettable issues found in traditional solutions. The chip employs a three-stage charging scheme — trickle, constant current, and constant voltage — compliant with lithium battery charging specifications. The charge input can draw power directly from a USB port, with a default charging current of 650mA. With only a single external LED, the chip can indicate a rich set of charge/discharge states as well as gradual brightness-up and brightness-down effects during puffing. An integrated discharge MOS switch eliminates the need for an external MOS, significantly reducing BOM cost. The chip also incorporates a 10-second discharge timeout protection, along with microsecond-level fast-response overcurrent and short-circuit protection, greatly enhancing system reliability.
