The OPA2x11 series precision op-amps achieve an ultra-low noise density of 1.1nV/√Hz at a supply current of 3.6mA. These devices also feature rail-to-rail output swing to maximize dynamic range. With ultra-low voltage and current noise, high speed, and wide output swing, the OPA2x11 series serves as a high-performance loop filter amplifier for a wide range of PLL applications. In precision data acquisition applications, the OPA2x11 series op-amps provide a 700ns settling time across the full 10V output swing at 16-bit accuracy. This AC performance, combined with an offset voltage of only 125μV and a temperature drift of 0.35μV/°C, makes the OPA2x11 series ideal for driving high-precision 16-bit ADCs or buffering high-resolution DAC outputs. The OPA2x11 series operates over a wide dual-supply voltage range of ±2.25V to ±18V or a single-supply voltage range of 4.5V to 36V.
