OPA2197IDR

The OPAx197 series (OPA197, OPA2197, and OPA4197) is a new generation of 36V operational amplifiers. These devices feature excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset (typ: ±25μV), low offset drift (typ: ±0.25μV/°C), and a 10MHz bandwidth. The OPA197 series has many unique characteristics, such as a differential input voltage range across the supply rails, high output current (±65mA), high capacitive load drive up to 1nF, and a high slew rate (20V/μs). It is a robust, high-performance operational amplifier suitable for a variety of high-voltage industrial applications. The OPA197 series operational amplifiers are available in standard packages and operate over a rated temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
