OPA2345M/TR

The OPAx345 series single, dual, and quad op amps represent a new generation of precision, low-power op amps. The series features rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) swing, low quiescent current (typical 720 μA), combined with wide bandwidth (9 MHz) and ultralow noise (12 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz), making them ideal for a wide range of battery-powered applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance, such as audio output, motor phase current sensing, photodiode amplification, barcode scanners, and white goods. Low input bias current enables these amplifiers to be used in applications with megohm-level source impedances. The robust design of the OPAx345 amplifiers provides ease of use for circuit designers: unity-gain stability with capacitive loads up to 500 pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (5 kV HBM). The OPAx345 amplifiers are optimized for operation from as low as +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to as high as +5.5 V (±2.75 V) over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The OPAx345 (single) is available in SOT23-5 and SOP-8 packages. The OPA2345 (dual) is available in SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The quad OPA4345 is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
