OPA2675RGVR

The OPA2675 provides the high output current and low distortion required for power line modem drivers and test and measurement applications. The OPA2675 operates from a 4.5 V to 13 V supply voltage, drawing a low quiescent current of 16.5 mA per channel to deliver a very high 1000 mA output current. The OPA2675 supports the most demanding power line modem requirements with a specified minimum output current drive of 850 mA (at 25°C). The device includes power control features to minimize system power consumption. Two logic control lines enable four quiescent power settings: full power, 75% bias power, 50% bias power, and an off mode with active off-line control that provides high impedance at the output pins even when a large signal is present. The two channels of the OPA2675 can be used independently as single op amps or configured as a differential input-to-differential output high-current line driver.
