Overview

The OPA347 features a compact form factor and ultra-low power consumption (34μA max per channel), making it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications. Its input range extends 200mV beyond the supply rails, while the output swings to within 5mV of the supply rails. The OPA347 also offers an excellent speed-to-power ratio with a bandwidth of 350kHz. The device operates from a single or dual supply of 2.3V to 5.5V, and all versions are rated for an operating temperature range of -55℃ to +125℃.
