Overview

The OPAx348 series amplifiers are single-supply, low-power CMOS operational amplifiers. The OPAx348 series features an extended bandwidth of 1MHz and a supply current of 45μA, making it suitable for low-power applications powered by a single supply voltage ranging from 2.1V to 5.5V. With a low supply current of 45μA and an input bias current of 0.5pA, the OPAx348 series is an ideal choice for low-power applications such as smoke detectors and other high-impedance sensors. The OPA348 is available in small 5-pin SC70 (SOT), 5-pin SOT-23 (SOT), and 8-pin SO (SOIC) packages. The OPA2348 comes in 8-pin SOT-23 (SOT) and 8-pin SO (SOIC) packages, while the OPA4348 is offered in space-saving 14-pin TSSOP and 14-pin SO (SOIC) packages. An extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C across the entire supply voltage range provides design flexibility.
